• The pin bearings are usually machined in succession with an individual grinding wheel

• The main bearings all lie on one axis and can therefore be ground with a set of grinding wheels. The number of grinding wheels in the set depends on the number of main bearings to be machined.

• Only vitrified aluminium oxide and/or CBN grinding wheels are used
